Re: Stoopid Steam sales!
This one has been especially bad for me. I've been keeping it pretty low on some of the recent sales, but not this one...and it's not even over yet >_<
Godus
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition
Prison Architect (I am obsessed)
Gnomoria
Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition (even though I already had bought it piecemeal via Origin)
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Ultimate Edition
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs
Gone Home
StarForge
Fez
Total War: SHOGUN 2
Starbound
Violett
Strike Suit ZERO
Strike Suit Infinity
I've also bought and gifted roughly 15 additional games including some of the above titles and others. That said, there have been some really good deals so it's not as much money as what I spent on my new 3DS + library.
I may not have any time to play videogames but it doesn't stop me from supporting the industry? lol

Re: Stoopid Steam sales!
hey, ganeda, dan, cypher and I have all been playing starbound also. They just did a big reset, you should join us!
Re: Stoopid Steam sales!
Yeah, been busy around the holidays.
I stopped into vent a couple of nights but none of the starbound players were around.

2D scroller instead of 3D.
Very much like Terreria if you have seen or played that one. Pretty simple loot and harvest resources to upgrade yourself. Single block stackable items so you can make things like houses, statues, etc similar to minecraft but 2D again. You can get more made objects by exploring and "freeing" resources from villages, then put them in your house, ship etc....
Currently you can't make many things from raw resources but presumably they will add this ability later on. For example you can get an old fashion bathtub from a Apex (Monkey men) village and put it in your home, but you currently can't make it yourself.
