So, how has your day been?

Post by Sealgare » October 20th, 2012, 7:12 pm

Is there anyone here who works outages or turnarounds as a supervisor or manager who has constant daily dealings with the plant operators? If there is, you'll understand when I say...aaaarrrrgggghhhhhhhhh. [beat_head] :)]

If there isn't anyone who understands, then parden this interruption.

I didn't work with plant operators, but I worked IT criticial system support for 3 years. My job was nothing but outages (at the application or hardware level) so...... yeah, totally hear ya on that one. [friends]

I don't currently have daily experience with this but two years ago a five week rotating schedule was normal operations. The operators though didn't really cause any issues but I was also on the security side of the plant.
