As an update... as of this morning the Dockyards and Ranch are not part of the Southport alliance. I didn't see a reason to be in anymore so pulled my deed out. Then Rotten pointed out that Southport still had value for him in terms of mining rights. So for now I am on my own, I assume at some point...

Let it kinda settle down. I suspect we will continue to see them in vent, which really is 80% of access to the shrub.
We can re-approach them at a future date. Say like when a new game comes out and they want to play it as well.
